How will I get charged?

This is a month-to-month subscription.

You will be billed on the same date you subscribed (e.g. if you subscribed on the 4th, you will be billed on the 4th of every month).

You may skip a month or cancel any time through your customer account.

How is this shipped?

We use USPS First-Class Mail.

All letters will be mailed during the first week of the new month.

While no tracking will be provided, you will receive an email when we mail your letter.

Please allow 7 to 14 days for your letter to arrive (longer if there are extreme weather conditions or government shutdowns).

Where did my letter go?

Please allow 7 to 14 days for your letter to arrive.

How does the discount work?

Each month, you will receive a unique discount code for $10 off a full-size bottle of any fragrance (excluding Discovery Sets).

The discount code will be written in the founder's letter.

Discounts only work for that month's issue. They do not rollover.

What is this item's refund policy?

Due to the intimate nature of this item, we do not offer refunds.

Refunds are only offered in the event of lost or damaged mail.
